Welcome to our 2021 events diary.
April statement from Outdoor Shows Ltd that affects Kingfisher Craft Fairs.
After a positive meeting with the local event licensing team to discuss our forthcoming event planning, we are proceeding with a two-stage approach:
We are initially launching our scheduled 2021 shows to meet the requirements of Step 3 of the Covid-19 Roadmap set out by the Government due to take place no earlier than 17th May. Therefore, the sale of admission tickets and camping plots will be limited to meet this stage. The Yorkshire Modified Car Show is expected to operate under Step 3 restrictions so will be limited to 4,000 people and social distancing requirements will also be in place. As a result, we recommend you book early should you wish to attend.
Regarding our remaining events, scheduled to take place from July onwards, they will Initially operate as above with the restricted sale of admission tickets and camping plots. We will also be sending out entry forms to a limited number of exhibitors to allow us to meet the requirements of Step 3.
Additional tickets (including tickets on the day), camping plots and an increased number of exhibitor places will only be made available when we receive Government guidance in relation to Step 4, which is scheduled to take place no earlier than 21st June.
The feedback we have received gives us the belief that Step 4 of the Government Roadmap will take place but until we receive the official guidance, we feel it is sensible for us to initially operate under Stage 1 of our plan to meet the Government’s Step 3 legislation.
We would ask all visiting members of the public, exhibitors and traders to check the Covid-19 page on our website regularly for statements. We will be making statements on this page and on our Facebook page as we receive updated government guidance.
We thank you for your support.
Kingfisher are Now Taking Bookings for 2021
Hello everyone, let’s hope we can have some trading this year. As you can see, we have a limited number of events due to the ongoing problems of Covid 19, therefore; at the moment we do not know if any restrictions will apply. So I would advise everyone to carry facemasks or shields and have hand sanitizer available, just in case!!!. I have plans ready to make a one way system in the marquees, if necessary. We will do everything we can to make the Marquee as Covid secure as possible.
Having said all this, if Boris’s plans are achieved, none of the above will apply.
Duncombe Park is cancelled for 2021 as is Castle Howard and Ackworth Steam fair, but we already have the date for Duncombe park for 2022.
Deposits are being held at £30 per show as normal with balances payable 4 weeks before the event.
so if there are any cancellations all your monies will be returned to you.
Bookings can also be made and paid for from our website
